DO WE HAVE TO REMOVE LABELS?
ANSWER: No labels do not have to be removed from plastic containers or tin cans. |

DO CAPS HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM BOTTLES?
ANSWER: No you may leave the caps on all containers. |

DO WE NEED TO WASH THE CONTAINERS?
ANSWER: We do ask that all containers be rinsed out and free of all food products. Please do not bring us containers that still contain food material. |

DO DIFFERENT MATERIALS NEED TO BE SORTED?
ANSWER: No you can put all your recycled material together and we will sort it when you arrive. If you use containers that you want to take with you it will make the process go faster if the material is sorted. If you are unsure about sorting we will be glad to show you. |

DO YOU TAKE COMPUTER MONITORS?
ANSWER: Yes we do take monitors. We also take printers, faxes, scanners, keyboards, mice, and CPU towers. |

HOW SAFE IS THE INFORMATION ON MY HARD DRIVE?
ANSWER: We assure you that your computers are recycled in compliance with all federal, state, county, and local regulations. Computer hard drives will be cleaned according to D.O.D. standards or destroyed and refined. |

DO YOU PAY FOR MY RECYCLED MATERIAL?
ANSWER: Currently for residential customers the only material we are paying for are aluminum cans. We hope that as more people recycle the price will again reach a point to where we will be able to offer our residential customers financial gain for recycling. |

WHAT IF I CAN’T GET TO YOUR FACILITY DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS?
ANSWER: If you can not get here during regular working hours we have a convenient well lit area for you to drop off your materials. We have containers outside for you to place your materials. If the containers are full please set your material on our front porch. |
